PLACING AN ORDER
1. Items on the website are exactly as seen. So please be sure of items you order.
2. Channels available for placing orders are INSTAGRAM DM, WHATS-APP(link in bio) and WEBSITE.
3. Please always reconfirm availability of product or items on the website being placing order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
1. Orders once paid for cannot be canceled.
2. If you are to order a jewelry or bracelet and you aren’t sure of the size. send a message , with your preferred measurements.
DELIVERY OR PICKUP
1. No pick up for now as our store reconstruction is in progress, please bear with us
2. All items are definitely going to be delivered once you place your order with correct receiver details.
3. We do not accept PAYMENT ON DELIVERY. Your payment validates order.
6. In case of double payment due to technical glitch on our website, we are happy to issue a refund within 2 to 5 working days all things equal.
7. Out of Lagos delivery: via DHL(2-5 working days), OR via GIG (3-7 working days).
8. International delivery takes (4-10working days) . A tracking number would be sent to you so you can track your shipment.
